The services hoped for in the future included BP and DM check, education on dementia and disease prevention, exercise, medicine, recreation, provision of chess boards without charge, hand acupuncture, maintenance of a clean environment, and dental and eye check ups.
Even though welfare and health related services were being provided except for meal service, these were not being given regularly and continuously. In addition, the degree of satisfaction was low. On top of this th elders requested more varied services. Therefor to provide better quality service for elders, continuous on-site service program development focusing on the needs and stage of health behavior status of elders should be provided.
